Professional Photography: I hire a photographer to capture the best photos of your home. I want the lighting and angles to be perfect! Sometimes something as simple as great photos can make the difference between a home not getting showings, and a multiple offer situation! Remember your home is viewed online first!

New Listing Advertising Campaign: I pay to have your listing show up on 15,000+ personal Facebook pages the first week on the market. I also pay to have your listing on trulia.com, realtor.com, Zillow, and all of the other major and local real estate web pages. If a potential buyer doesn’t know about your home, you hinder the success of a sale!

Attractive Commission Options!: The second most important part to a successful sale is giving the buyer’s agent motivation to sell your listing vs. the neighbors’ listing.
